Rental Rate for Main Floor (Ballroom, Salon, Kitchen):
$600 for 4 hrs, +$100/hr after. 8am-10pm, 14 hrs = $1,600
$100 for speaker & microphone
Will check on all day discounts
Staging Considerations:
No staging or lighting, so we would need to rent separately if we wanted that
