All three areas are attached and doors between the spaces can be seen in the videos. Off the top edge of the space is the outdoor deck/patio area that overlooks the river.
There is no room charge, nor an established Food & Beverage minimum. There is an expectation of people eating and drinking though, so we could discuss having a limited menu or a buffet for guests. They need to discuss with the board, so they may ask for some minimum spend.

Staging Considerations:
They have a wooden dance floor available to use. The ceiling is too low to allow for renting risers for a stage. Would need to rent pipe and drapes if we wanted a backdrop behind the stage.
Pricing Estimates/Ideas
No specific costs to recoup. If there is a food spending requirement, that will likely be able to be absorbed by those ordering/eating.
