Layout & Pricing

In the photos above, "Big Ballroom" is Prairie Room A + B, and "Little Ballroom" is Prairie Room C. "Ballroom Lobby" is the Pre-Function Room in the map below.
There is no room charge, rather a Food & Beverage minimum. Typically, it is $1,500 (plus tax & service, totaling 34%) for each prairie room section, but she said she would do A+B for a combined total of $1,500 (or $2,010 inc tax & service). These are all day totals, so if we had lunch options, that would count as well. Cash bar does not get factored into F&B min, but open bar does (I don't recommend open bar)
If we wanted to rent Prairie Room C for a second workshop track and to use as a dressing room, that would be an additional $1,500 F&B minimum. Alternatives for dressing room are Executive Suite $250 plus tax, or a "very large open standard room" is $174 plus tax
Staging Considerations:
Can rent wooden dance floor for $400
Cost to rent a 12x16 stage would be $700
