Layout & Pricing

Photos labeled above. You can see the partitions between the rooms. The Plaza room has many pillars (the black squares) so not ideal for our purposes.
If we use Ballrooms C, D, and E, the stage is usually on the side as drawn in. Our dinner buffet would be set up in the middle of the "small prefunction area". We would be strongly encouraged to use Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 for our workshops during the day because they would be prepping the big ballroom for us. We could do a breakout in the big ballroom in the afternoon if we didn't mind them setting up during that time.
We would also then use Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 for our dressing room for the event.
There is no room charge, rather a Food & Beverage minimum. For C, D, and E, it is $3,500 (plus tax & service, totaling 34%) and we could add Mtg Rm 1 & 2 for a total of $400 (plus tax and service), so a total of $5,226. Cash bar does count towards our F&B min.
Stage is available to use with pipe and drape and canned up-lighting. The sound system that is piped through the room is what we could hook into for our music.
Other Charges:
Hand held microphone $80 or lavaliere $80
Exhibit Tables: $35 each (I have 2 I could bring if needed)

Deli bar (sandwiches, side, salad, cookie) - min of 50 guests at $26 each (min $1,300)

Recommend Onyx Buffet with 2 entrees, 1 carving station, 1 vegetable, 1 starch, salad, rolls, 1 dessert)
Cost of $37 per person, min of 50 guests (min $1,850, or if it's less than $50 they charge a $120 fee. Unknown if that counts towards F&B min)
Charge $25 for meal ticket
At 20 people ordering, recoup $500, at 25 ordering, recoup $625

Cash bar does count towards the minimum F&B
